Chad Moir

Meet Our Trainers

Chad is a certified through the National Personal Training Institute in Norwalk, CT. Chad was always a fitness advocate and enjoyed helping others on their journey to get active and fit. He began teaching as a group exercise instructor at Get In Shape for Women and throughout the years he has taught in several gyms throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. In 2016, Chad decided to open up Punch Fitness Clubs to give people an easy option to fitting physical fitness into their lifestyle. Chad also is the owner of DopaFit, a Parkinson's Movement Center, which focuses on providing exercise and various therapy options to those living with Parkinson's disease.

Saba Moir


Saba is an AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor.  She started teaching boot camp style classes at Quinnipiac University and has worked in several gyms in CT and MA. Saba is passionate about helping people live an active and healthy lifestyle. She loves teaching in the group setting as it creates camaraderie and positive environment for all to work out in.  She is also a Professor of Human Nutrition at Massasoit Community College and Chief Smiling Officer of The Art Cart, a creativity and movement program for people living with Parkinson's disease.  She hopes to help you with your weightless journey both physically and nutritionally!

Colleen Keenan


Colleen is a certified Cardio Kickboxing and Group Exercise instructor from AFAA. She has been teaching various fitness classes since 2002. She began her fitness career in upstate NY where she taught Cardio Kickboxing and Boot Camp classes at local gyms and the YMCA. Colleen began working at Amherst College and teaching fitness classes in the mornings before work and on her lunch breaks. Colleen taught various classes, mostly Cardio Kickboxing but also Boot Camp and HIIT.  She is an avid trail and snowshoe runner. She also enjoys competing in road races, stair climb races, and obstacle races. Being a Mom of two young children, a wife, and employed full time, Colleen sees exercise as a way of life and fit it in when she can!

Kate Bust


Kate teaches a class that combines spinning and ab work at Punch Fitness. She is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. When Kate is not in the gym or taking a fitness class, she is likely to be found training and running for an upcoming race. In the last four years, Kate has ran 8 marathons, 3 ultra marathons, and numerous half marathons! Kate is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys encouraging others to move towards their goals!
